Young people aged 11-16 can join the Media Cubs pop-up TV studio and newsroom for a special festive workshop on Thursday December 21, 2023 thanks to Manchester Libraries.

Held at Newton Heath Library, the session will introduce them to our exciting newsroom and media equipment and will include stop motion making comic book creation.

The workshop will run from 10:45am until 2:45pm and includes a free lunch provided by the library.

20 spaces are available – please book to avoid disappointment. There may be free spaces on the day depending on availability.

There is a car Park at the library and also on street parking. The Newton Heath & Moston Metrolink stop is a five minute walk away.
