Children’s Mental Health Week 2024: Support in Greater Manchester

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week (February 5 – 11), which is dedicated to helping to make a difference to the lives of children and young people across the UK.

There are some fantastic mental health charities across Greater Manchester that support young people.

Our friends at Calm Connections, based in Trafford, provide support to families going through tough times. They aim to help to build calm, positive relationships within families and try to maintain wellbeing and good mental health. They help children and young people, but also parents and families, with security and confidence. You can email them at info@calmconnections.org or call on 07919848558.
