RESET wellbeing events for young people visit Wythenshawe and Norbook

Media Cubs is proud to partner with Calm Connections to bring you these videos from this years’ RESET events.

The events took place at Wythenshawe Forum and Norbrook Youth Club and are designed to introduce parents, families and young people to the local wellbeing and mental health services available in their area.

Guests included 42nd Street, Our Manchester, Be Well and many more.

On display was the 100 voices exhibition which showcased the voices of children and young people across the community.

They also included creative workshops, family yoga, mindfulness and outdoor sports.
