Day Tripping to The Beatles Story Museum in Liverpool

Our mini reporters Sonny and Arabella went day tripping to Liverpool to enjoy The Beatles Story Museum, the world’s largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to telling the story of the lives and times of The Beatles!

They were transported back to the early 60s, taking a journey through replicas of Mathew Street, Abbey Road Studios, The Cavern and much more.

A must for any music fan or family, the museum features an impressive collection of fascinating authentic memorabilia including original instruments, clothing, John Lennon’s spectacles, Ringo Starr’s drum kit, rare album sleeves, never-before-seen photography and original handwritten lyrics.

At the end of their visit they popped into the Discovery Zone, designed especially for young people, to take part in arts and crafts, go crazy with the dress-up box, and make lots of noise in the karaoke area and giant piano!

It was of course only natural to finish up in the FAB4 cafe with a delicious milkshake and quick look around the shop!

As Sonny put nicely, what are you waiting for? Grab your tickets now.
