WATCH: Reporters from 84Youth ask big questions to Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Unit

Reporters from 84Youth, a youth-led organisation that aims to deal with the causes of youth violence, sat down with Paul Axon, the Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) Youth Justice Lead and Sushma Parmar, the VRU Probation Lead.
Rhamario, Shiloh and Aubz put their new interview skills to the test to find out more about the probation service and how to tackle unconscious bias.
